• How to apply for on-campus dormitory: Sign up on the Dormitory Application Form and upload it to the online application form

[Off-campus housing]

When students want, they can live outside of the campus. They can live not only in Suwon but also in other cities. However, KGU will NEVER help students to look for rooms, sign a contract, or provide any advice.

• How to apply for off-campus housing: sign up on the Confirmation Letter for Living and upload it to the online application form
• When you want to live off the campus, first, you MUST check if the landlord can provide the following documents. There are two cases. If you cannot submit any documents in cases 1 and 2, you get a Korea ID card. Therefore, please find a place where the landlord can provide the following documents.
  • Case 1 : Lease Agreement or Housing Contract with your English full name and the landlord’s name on
  • Case 2

    • Copies of the front and back pages of the landlord’s Korean ID card

    • Copies of the lease agreement, housing contract or a certified copy of real estate register which can prove that the landlord owns the room or house

    • Confirmation of Residence-Accommodation (Form)
