To be an exchange student, a student must be nominated by their home university and the university should have a partnership with Kyonggi University. Only after the nomination, students can apply for the KGU exchange student program.

• Nomination Deadline: 2023 November 3(Friday)

• Nomination Approach: The coordinator or the person in charge of study abroad program at your home university should complete the attachment named [Nomination Form for KGU International inbound Program] and officially nominate students by sending the file via email to the inbound program coordinator at KGU([email protected])

■ Application Information 📰

• Online Application Period: 2023 November 1 to 2023 November 23
• KGU International Inbound Program Online Application Form Link
  • KGU is still modifying the online application form. As soon as everything is edited, the link for the online application form will be announced via email to the nominated students.
• Application Result Announcement: 2023 December 04
  • The guidelines and information about the program will be sent to the successful applicants via email. The mail is about the visa deliverance, Global K program, undergraduate program, preparations before arrival in Korea, designated arrival date and free pick-up service, etc.
