Visiting student program is also known as a free mover program. To be an visiting student, you must be a enrolled student at universities abroad. The partnership between your home univ. and KGU is NOT required. However, you must inquire your home university regarding whether you can obtain credits or not by participating in the visiting student program.

■ Nomination🙌

• No nomination required. However if one of our partner universities want to nominate a visiting student, please refer to the following information

  • Nomination Deadline

    • 2023 Fall Semester: May 1

  • Nomination Approach: The coordinator or the person in charge of study abroad program at your home university should complete the attachment named [Nomination Form for KGU International inbound Program] and officially nominate students by sending the file via email to the inbound program coordinator at KGU([email protected])

■ 2023 Fall Application Information 📰

• Online Application Period: April 17 ~ May 26
• Application Result Announcement: June 2
  • The guidelines and information about the program will be sent to the successful applicants via email. The mail is about the visa deliverance, Global K program, undergraduate program, preparations before arrival in Korea, designated arrival date and free pick-up service, etc.
• Visa Deliverance: Advised to finish until the end of June
